ENROLMENT PROCEDURE


Step 1: Enrolment enquiry.

Enrolment enquiry by:

- Email

- Phone

- Drop in (but call for an appointment first)

- School tour


Information package received.


Step 2: Fill in enrolment enquiry form. [Download form here]

Fill in enrolment form and return or email it to office.


Step 3: Confirm intention to enrol.

Confirm intention to enrol to business manager by:

- Email

- In person


Step 4: Complete required documents.

Confirm intention to enrol to business manager by:

- Application form

- Copy of child’s passport

- Photographs of child, mother and father

- Reference or report of previous school

- Copy of health and immunization record

- Food allergy information form

- Entry-exit card form and security details

- Pool activities consent form

- Afternoon activities form


Step 5: Confirmation of enrolment.

Confirmation of enrolment by email from school:

- Welcome letter

- Teacher and class

- Teacher bio details

- Information to access computer system (Sycamore)

- Educational booklet

- Also pick up ID card or temp card and security entry print mode

- Information about ESL or other learning support (if required)

- Pool activities consent form

- Afternoon activities form


Step 6: Receive invoice and make payment.

Receive invoice by Email and make payment:

- Cash

- Cheque

- Credit card

- Bank transfer


Step 7: Ready to start.

No start made until steps 1 – 6 are complete.


NoteIf child requires ESL.

• Below K2 – assessment by teacher.

• Above K2 – complete school assessment.
